Regency Inn & Suites at 3712 7th Street, Bay City, Texas.

Not the worst room I've stayed in... But pretty freaking close. The furniture was scratched, dinged, and water damaged. The carpet is loose and rippling. It's actually ripped up in a couple spots. The trim at the edge of the carpet is cock eyed. The bed curves bc it's so damn old. The bathtub is brown. I didn't shower bc I didn't have sandals to wear in it. The shower curtain rod is missing half of its paint and is rusting. Whoever did the countertops is really bad at it, as well. I slept on towels I laid out on top of the bed, fully clothed. The room smelled like man body wash. I will never ever stay here again. They need to remove "Suites" from the name. That's how they fooled us. Usually "Inn and Suites" means a nice hotel with good rooms. WRONG. Do yourself a favor, and don't stay here.
