The woman working here, Kimberly Matchett, is prejudice and rude. Worst experience of my life trying to get an inspection.******************************************************** In response to the owners response. The vehicle was registered to Sargent, Texas. My registration CLEARLY stated this. The owner simply just didn't care for me the minute I pulled in. I was judged and wrote off immediately. Funny thing is, DAYS later I was able to register my vehicle, in which was in compliance with a rival business just down the street!! I never badgered this woman neither. I understand no is no. I did however, inquire about her off put nature and her disregard to CLEARLY stated paperwork. So in closing, her response is entirely irrelevant to my review.
